I AM HERE
FOR YOU!

Hi there!

Welcome to Ruang Mendengar.

My name is Gus, and I'm a professional listener. I'm passionate about helping people feel heard and understood because everyone has a story to tell. I'm honored to be the person who listens, and I'm always happy to say, "I'm here for you!"

I've been listening to people professionally and personally for many years. I've worked as a Tech counselor, digital creator, and life coach. In these roles, I've learned the power of listening to connect with someone and help them feel better truly.

As a professional listener, I offer a safe and confidential space where you can share your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I will listen attentively and ask clarifying questions to help you explore your experiences. I will also offer support and guidance as needed.

I'm here if you're looking for someone to listen to you. I offer a variety of hearing services, including:

  • Individual listening sessions

  • Group listening sessions

  • Phone Listening

  • Online Listening

  • I'm also available to travel to meet you in person.

Why Talking Helps?

Talking can be a powerful way to heal and relax. When you're going through a difficult time, talking to someone can help you to:

  • Reduce stress. Talking about your problems can help to take the weight off your shoulders and make them feel less overwhelming.

  • Feel less isolated. Knowing that someone else understands what you're going through can help you to feel less alone.

  • Get clarity. Talking about your problems can help you to see them from a different perspective and gain new insights.

  • Develop coping mechanisms. Talking to someone can help you to develop healthy coping mechanisms for dealing with stress and difficult emotions.

  • Feel supported. Having someone to listen to you and offer support can be beneficial during a tough time.

It's important to find someone who you feel comfortable talking to. This could be a friend, family member, therapist, or other trusted individual. It's also important to remember that you don't have to talk about everything all at once. You can start by talking about small things and gradually work your way up to the more difficult topics.

If you're unsure where to start, many resources are available to help you. You can talk to your doctor, a therapist, or a counselor. You can also find support groups online or in your community.

Talking can be a difficult thing to do, but it's one of the most important things you can do for yourself when you're going through a difficult time. So, don't be afraid to reach out for help.

Here are some additional tips for talking about your problems:

  • Choose a time and place where you will feel comfortable talking.

  • Be honest and open about how you're feeling.

  • Don't be afraid to cry or express your emotions.

  • Don't expect the other person to fix your problems.

  • Just let them listen and be there for you.

Remember, talking is not a cure-all, but it can be a helpful way to start to heal and move forward.

How It Works?

1. Booking

Choose a time that is convenient for you and complete the payment process. Most clients book one or two sessions weekly to achieve their desired results. Please note we can only reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your session.

2. Pre-Session

I will share an audio link with you via email ahead of your session. This link will allow you to check my availability and book all subsequent sessions with ease.

3. Session

Using the link sent via email, please log on at the scheduled date and time of your appointment. You will have 55 minutes to discuss any topic in a safe and judgment-free environment. The session will be completely confidential, and I will not keep any records, written or otherwise.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind:

  • You can use the audio link on any device with an internet connection.

  • The audio link will expire after 24 hours.

  • If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact me at any time.
